Growing up in South East London, I attended Kidbrooke Park Primary School and then Colfe's School, where I attained four A grades at A Level (Economics, Spanish, Mathematics and General Studies).  My formal education concluded with a BSc in Economics at UCL, followed by a PGCE in Business & Economics Education at the Institute of Education.
My working life began with economics and business teaching roles at Coulsdon College and Whitgift School. I made the move into middle management when I joined Tiffin School as Head of Economics and latterly Trinity School as Head of Economics & Business.
In 2017 I joined the international education sector, first as Head of Sixth Form and IBDP Coordinator at NLCS Jeju. There, I was promoted to Vice Principal (Academic) before joining the founding Senior Team at NLCS (Singapore) in the same role.
My current position (Senior Vice Principal) involves deputising for the Principal as well as taking responsibility for all aspects of the school's academic programme, university/careers Guidance and the day-to-day running of the Senior School. I also oversee a variety of operational functions, including the staffing matrix, timetable/rooming and staff meetings.
